Free Trees Available to Residents in Eastern Delaware County Stormater Collaborative Communities

Residents of Eastern Delaware County Stormwater Collaborative (EDCSC) communities can receive up to two free trees or shrubs this fall through the Growing Greener Communities program.

A variety of potted native trees and shrubs are available, including red maple, white oak, sycamore, river birch, American hornbeam, sweetbay magnolia, redbud, flowering dogwood, serviceberry, witch hazel, spicebush, fragrant sumac and more.

Residents may choose up to two trees or shrubs, while supplies are available. Orders must be placed by September 30, 2026, with pickup scheduled for October. All species are provided as potted plants.
