Notice of Roadwork – Milling and Resurfacing on Whitby Avenue and Penn Street, Sept 8-15

Roadwork Notice

Milling and Resurfacing work will take place from Tuesday, September 8 through
Tuesday, September 15, on the following roadways:

  • Whitby Avenue – Church Lane to Arbor Road
  • Penn Street – Brookside Avenue and Industrial Park Drive

No work will be performed on the weekend.

Please remove all vehicles from the street by 6:30 am.

Residents will be able to access their homes, but traffic may be restricted and street parking will be prohibited until the work is completed. Please do not drive through
barricades, as these are placed for the safety and protection of the workers.

Unless absolutely necessary, please do not drive or walk across freshly tarred or paved street. The oils and tar will stain cars, clothes, carpet, etc.

If we are not there on the above date, we will be there on the following day.

Remember: Only a short-term inconvenience for a better road! Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
