Delaware County looks forward to the opening of the County’s Health Department. Subject to the approval of the Commonwealth, the completion of essential tasks within the responsibility of the Bureau of Environmental Health is ongoing, and will continue towards a mid-January 2022 date of commencement.

The county invites local business owners to attend an upcoming virtual or in-person Town Hall Meeting. These meetings will provide clarification and direction on some of the services provided by the Environmental Health Department.

This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the licensing, inspections and application processes for your businesses. Please consider attending one of the scheduled meetings below. It will benefit you, as a Delaware County business owner/operator as well as to the communities we serve. For your convenience, you may attend either virtually or in-person.
