Applicant appeals the decision of the Zoning Officer approving a Medical Marijuana Dispensary.
Appeal No. 21-03 is being heard on remand from the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas pursuant to a Land Use Appeal taken by the property owner.

PECO changing a pole at Elberon Ave between Providence Rd and Elder Ave.
PECO will be changing out a pole that has a transformer on it. So, this area will be losing power probably from 11-3:00 PM
