Yeadon Borough

Notice: Some Yeadon Properties May be Affected by Tax Error

Upon preparing for the 2025 Tax Season, Borough Officials conducted an internal audit/review of the Tax Collector’s office.  It was discovered that some properties were turned over to the Delaware County Tax Claim Bureau in error.

The Borough is working closely with the Tax Claim Bureau to remedy this situation.  Yeadon Borough residents may receive a certified letter stating that their 2024 taxes are delinquent.  If a property owner receives a letter and has proof of payment, we are asking that you provide us with a copy of your proof of payment and we will make sure that your account is updated accordingly at the Tax Claim Bureau and with the Borough.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact Borough Hall at 610-284-1606 and ask for the Borough Manager, Assistant Borough Manager, or Finance Director or email taxes@yeadonborough.com

We apologize for any inconvenience.
