Food Boxes Now Available to Households in Need

We would like to thank the County and the Department of Human Services for providing Grab N Go Meals to those in need on 4/23/20.

The borough is pleased to announce that we have secured boxes of food from the county for those in need due to COVID-19. The boxes will be available in the Citizens Bank Parking lot (corner of Church Lane & Guenther Ave) beginning at 1:00 pm tomorrow, April 23, 2020 and distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Those picking up should wear proper PPE – including masks and gloves. Food will be limited to one box per person/household.

If you believe someone is in need and may not be able to come retrieve the boxes, please forward their name and address to rhepkins@yeadonborough.com and we will coordinate to deliver any extras. We will also use this information to try to secure additional resources from the county.

We would like to thank the County and the Department of Human Services for making this possible.
