Yeadon Borough Council will hold a legislative meeting at 7:00 PM on Thursday, July 16, 2026.
The meeting takes place in the Borough Hall auditorium. The public is invited to attend and participate either in person or online via Zoom using the information below.

The Friends of the Yeadon Public Library have released the Summer 2026 edition of the Library Newsletter.

The Yeadon Borough Recreation Committee presented the inaugural Freedom Day Celebration on Saturday, June 20, combining what was known as the Flag Day Celebration and Juneteenth in one action-packed Freedom Day Celebration. The event featured guest speakers and the Flag raising at the circle on Longacre Boulevard & Cypress Street, starting at 11:00 am. Guests spoke on the Founding of this Nation and highlighted the 250th Anniversary of America.









At dusk, the day ended at the Rap Curry-Kerr Field Athletic Complex with an explosive fireworks show.
A Celebration of Life will be held in remembrance of former Yeadon Mayor Jacqueline B. Mosley, who passed away on June 11 at the age of 91.
Additionally, the Borough Flag will be flown at half-staff until June 30th in honor of Mayor Mosley’s passing

Yeadon Borough offices will be closed in observance of Juneteenth on Friday, June 19th.
Borough residents are invited to celebrate Juneteenth during the inaugural Freedom Day Parade and Celebration, taking place on Saturday, June 20th.
Borough Hall will reopen for business on Monday, June 22nd.
