The Yeadon Police Department along with the Lansdowne and East Lansdowne Police Departments invite residents to join in the fun during National Night Out, taking place Tuesday, August 5th from 6:00 to 8:00 PM.

Thursday’s trash will be collected one day prior, on Wednesday, July 2nd.

Friday’s trash will be collected one day prior, on Thursday, July 3rd.

Roadway Safety Action Plan

Yeadon Borough Roadway Safety Action Plan Released

The newly completed Yeadon Borough Roadway Safety Action Plan outlines strategies and commitments to eliminate traffic-related fatalities and injuries through proposed safety initiatives and a program of community engagement.

The plan, created by a committee of public officials along public input from borough council meetings and a borough-wide pedestrian survey, identifies existing guidance and policies to prevent traffic related fatalities and injuries. In addition, it evaluates crash data throughout Yeadon Borough and proposes countermeasures to improve the safety of Borough roadways and eliminate all traffic related injuries and fatalities.
