Please be advised that sewer repair work will continue for several weeks on West Cobbs Creek Parkway.
This may be interrupted if emergency repairs arise. The contractor will be moving in a northerly direction.

On Thursday, July 15, a manhole is being replaced at the intersection of West Cobbs Creek Parkway and MacDade Boulevard which will impact traffic on the east end of Connell Avenue and the south end of Cypress Street. Thank you for your patience.
Roadwork in the area will continue tomorrow (Tuesday, July 13) on West Cobbs Creek Parkway.
The street will be closed at a minimum, between MacDade Boulevard and Chester Avenue.
Please use caution when driving near a work zone.
Please be advised that on Friday, July 9 and Saturday, July 10, eastbound traffic on MacDade Blvd. from Church Lane to W. Cobbs Creek Parkway will be restricted for all except local residents (i.e. those living on that block).
Westbound traffic from W. Cobbs Creek to MacDade will not be restricted.
PECO’s Vegetation Management department has scheduled tree pruning in the Yeadon area to prevent electric service issues caused by broken tree limbs, fallen trees and other vegetation.
This work will begin in July/August and will be completed in September.
PECO’s tree service contractor – specially trained for utility work – will prune to promote tree growth away from power lines and equipment.
Work will take place in the areas highlighted on the map below. Residents affected in these areas will also receive a letter from PECO with additional details.

Due to sewer repairs, Union Avenue is currently closed between 7 am to 6 pm on weekdays between Providence Road and Lincoln Avenue.
